Inspired by the colours of the Mewar desert landscape, the sandstone façade of this residence assumes the duality of both skin and screen.

The soft light inside, enables the glow of the stone surfaces – floor and walls – to be a placid adornment.  Teak framed doors and windows emerge as a counterpoint to the stone – a tactile contrast.
